We are now looking for a meticulous and business-oriented employee for the role of Estimating/Purchasing.

You will be an important link between design, project management, and finance – and will play a key role in ensuring quality, profitability, and delivery in our projects.

ABOUT THE JOB

As an employee in Estimating and Purchasing, you are responsible for ensuring that our contracts start, run, and finish with the right conditions – both financially and practically.

You will work closely with the CEO, project managers, and warehouse staff and have a central role in planning, coordinating, and following up on our tile and flooring projects.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Reviewing project documents and obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Creating estimates, quantity take-offs, and bids
• Following up on submitted bids and being responsible for procurement
• Monitoring purchases and project finances
• Participating in production and kick-off meetings
• Creating invoicing documentation and payment plans

The role suits you who enjoys combining structure and analysis with practical understanding of reality. You find it easy to collaborate, appreciate order and follow-up, and are motivated by seeing the big picture in projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The job requires experience in estimating and purchasing within construction or a related industry. The role requires the ability to read drawings, technical descriptions, and procurement documents, as well as to understand work processes, material choices, and cost structures in contracts.

Safe handling of estimating and project tools and good administrative skills are required. Experience in purchasing, price negotiation, resource planning, and follow-up is central.

Since the role acts as a hub between several departments, good communication and the ability to work together with production, warehouse, finance, and management are required.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is necessary for secure documentation and communication.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
