JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a groundworker with us, you will play an important role in developing and improving Varberg's public environments. Together with your colleagues, you will work outdoors and help shape the future of Varberg.

You will work with:

• Excavation, drainage, water and sewage, and foundation work
• Stone setting, curbstone, paving
• Construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths
• Maintenance and improvement of the municipality's parks, squares, and public spaces
• Handling and maintenance of machines and tools
• Participating in planning and executing projects together with colleagues
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to applicable safety and quality requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in groundworks at the high school level or equivalent practical background. You are responsible, flexible, and have a good ability to collaborate with others. The role requires you to take initiative, be responsible, and enjoy working in a team where you contribute to a positive and effective work environment.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone with the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to develop within the profession.
