Description

As a Project Manager at Derome Husproduktion, you will work with housing projects built with planelements produced in our factories in Anneberg and Kristinehamn.

You will be responsible for planning, administration, management, and leadership of the process from building permit to handover of the completed project to the client. You will play a crucial role in driving the process forward in a structured and efficient manner in close collaboration with designers, our production team, site personnel, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

In the role of project manager, you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously in the different phases of the projects, so we expect you to be self-driven and skilled at prioritizing in your daily work.

The role requires good collaboration skills and involves being the convener for meetings, continuously managing communication with all involved partners, and resolving situations that arise during the project.

The assignments will mainly be in other locations, and this may involve some longer trips after consultation. There may be overnight stays in other locations for one or more days a month.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a post-secondary education in construction and work experience in the field. You have good experience with the construction process and managing projects in a businesslike manner. Experience in planning, construction management, and procurement is considered an advantage.

As there will be a holiday break during Christmas and New Year, we will respond no earlier than week 4.
