Storekeeper at the Logistics Unit in Halmstad

We are looking for new colleagues for the position of storekeeper, where the task is to provide logistics support to the units in Halmstad Garrison.

About the position

The position involves working in smaller teams in one of our stores. We provide service in the form of packaging materials for transport, material transport, and storage of military equipment. Forklift driving in our stores occurs daily. The job also includes inventory and administrative tasks in our accounting systems LIFT and PRIO (SAP), as well as to some extent maintenance of stored materials. Our everyday life is characterized by varied tasks, forward-thinking, and teamwork.

The team currently consists of 13 people.

Attributes and Experience

We are looking for someone with a sense of order, service, and responsibility. You enjoy working both administratively and practically, and we see initiative and collaboration skills as two important qualities in you. Good computer skills and experience in administrative tasks are a requirement. Since the job can be physically demanding, we expect you to engage in wellness activities in various forms to consciously promote good health for yourself. Additionally, you must be able to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

• Approved high school education
• Experience in administrative work
• Good computer skills
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Completed GMU/military service with approved results
• Previous experience in accounting and storage work, knowledge of military materials
• Experience and interest in vehicle technology and simpler mechanical work
• Driving license categories BE*C*CE
• Military driving license
• Certification for support legs and counterbalance forklift
• Experience with the Armed Forces' accounting systems PRIO and LIFT

Individual salary setting applies.

Work location

Halmstad. Travel and short-term service at another location may occur.

Other

The position is a civilian permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
