Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Bravida, is seeking a Project & Service Manager. The assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida during an initial period. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be directly employed by Bravida, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. In the role of Project & Service Manager, you will work from Bravida's office in Årsta and have close collaboration with the department's approximately 14 technicians and installers. You are responsible for coordinating installations and service assignments, ensuring good planning, and maintaining the overall coherence of the projects – both technically and financially. The role involves a lot of dialogue, both internally and externally, where you are the link between the customer, technicians, and other departments.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and coordinate service and installation projects in refrigeration
• Be responsible for quotation work, some pricing, and simpler calculations
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers regarding needs, solutions, and timelines
• Ensure that allocated time and resources are maintained and follow up on project finances after completion
• Collaborate with other departments and contribute to a smooth overall flow

• Has experience in the plumbing and/or refrigeration industry
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has basic knowledge of English
• Has an understanding of calculations and basic contract law

It is advantageous if you have worked in SDF, feel comfortable with calculation work, and have experience with natural refrigerants. Also, BAS P/BAS U and refrigeration certification are seen as a plus, but are not requirements.
