We, Erik and Anja, run Gunnarshögs Gård. We are fortunate to live and work in the picturesque Österlen, in a rolling landscape among golden rapeseed fields. Here, we grow the raw materials that we then process and sell in our farm shop and to retailers across the country. Gunnarshögs Gård is a family farm that has belonged to the Nilsson family since 1897.

The business has evolved from traditional agriculture to an innovative food company with cold-pressed rapeseed oil at its core. The rapeseed is grown on our own farm or nearby, which gives us full control over the entire production process, from seed to bottle. We hope and believe that our local production can contribute to a more vibrant countryside, sustainable development, and provide you with the opportunity to make healthy choices that enhance your quality of life.

Things are bustling at Gunnarshög, and we are now looking for another team member.

At our farm, you will primarily work with raw material handling, which is the first part of the production of our rapeseed oils. Your main tasks will include receiving, drying, cleaning, and bagging raw materials and feed. Loading and unloading goods with a loader and forklift are daily tasks.

General maintenance and upkeep of the farm will also be part of your responsibilities. We are constantly developing our operations, so there will be renovations or new constructions where you can assist.

We work as a team on the farm, so we help each other when one department is under heavy load. You will also assist in the filling department when needed. In short, this is a varied position that includes a bit of everything.

We are looking for someone who wants a varied role with many different tasks. We prefer that you have a background with education or experience in agriculture. However, if you have an interest in agriculture and knowledge from production in the food industry, this can be equally interesting. You are generally handy and can therefore take on both maintenance of machinery and assist with various maintenance or construction projects that occur on the farm.

As a person, you take great personal responsibility. You see what needs to be done and come up with suggestions for improvements. Order and tidiness are your trademarks, and you are a strong finisher. You are driven by being part of a team where everyone works together to get the job done. You are a doer and make things happen. You are a proficient user of data systems and can quickly adapt to our business system used for all aspects of our product process.
