ReGarden Skåne is looking for a climbing arborist for our operations in southwestern Skåne / Lomma.

This is a full-time production job, where presence, safety, and quality of execution are crucial.

The work mainly takes place at private customers' properties and includes both advanced tree care and ongoing gardening tasks. The role suits someone who is professional, structured, and reliable, and who enjoys working according to a plan.

Job Description

As a climbing arborist at ReGarden, you will have varied tasks. You will work with:

• Tree climbing, pruning, and safe tree felling
• Pruning of fruit trees and ornamental trees
• Section felling and basic rigging (depending on skills)
• Hedge trimming and other gardening maintenance
• Customer contact and work according to given routines and safety requirements

You will work independently or in smaller teams and are responsible for ensuring that the work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Important About the Job

The job involves 8 hours of physical work every weekday and therefore requires that you:

• have stable attendance and function in a structured everyday life
• work methodically and with risk awareness
• take responsibility for safety, quality, and delivery
• collaborate well with colleagues and team management

Requirements

• Chainsaw license AB or higher
• Experience in tree pruning and working with chainsaws
• Experience in tree climbing or training as a climbing arborist
• Good experience in practical gardening work
• Driving license B
• Good physical ability and confidence in working at heights

Meritorious

• Experience in section felling or work with rigging
• B96 or BE driving license
• Education in tree care, natural resource management, or gardening
