About the Role

As a machine operator at our client, you will play an important role in the production operation. You will work in a production environment where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the manufacturing of plastic components.

You will work with both automated and manual machines, following clear instructions, routines, and quality requirements. The work is varied and suits you who enjoys having your own responsibility, but also likes to collaborate in a team.

Your main tasks

• Set up and monitor & operate machines for plastic processing
• Perform quality checks on produced parts according to given guidelines
• Document production and any deviations according to our routines
• Carry out simple maintenance and troubleshooting of machines as needed
• Contribute to a clean, structured, and safe workflow according to LEAN/5S
• Perform assembly work (including picking/packing) as well as some warehouse work
• Collaborate with technicians, maintenance, and production management during operational disruptions or improvement work

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial production – preferably within plastic, cardboard, metal, graphic industries, printing, or similar manufacturing industry
• Technically inclined and easily understands machine processes
• Good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
• Good work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to develop
• Enjoys physical work
• Has a high school diploma

Meritorious

• Experience as a machine operator in plastic processing
• Forklift license (A & B)
• Knowledge of LEAN/5S work
• Experience with business/production systems – preferably Monitor G5

Employment Type The position starts as a temporary consultant at Logent Bemanning with a fixed-term employment of 6 months. After the period, there are very good opportunities for direct takeover by the client.

Working Hours The working hours are scheduled for day shifts or evening shifts. Start of this assignment is by agreement.
