Car Wash Technician at OKQ8 Uppsala Säby

OKQ8 is Sweden's largest player in car washing with over 460 washing facilities at more than 280 locations across the country. With us, customers can wash as they wish, as we offer both hand washing, self-service, and automatic washing. With our new digital solution, customers can wash their cars quickly and smoothly without getting out of the car. A camera reads the license plate and starts the wash. At our largest washing stations, we have a fully automatic wash line with the capacity to wash 40 cars per hour.

We are now looking for a car wash technician for OKQ8 Uppsala Säby.

We are looking for

A driven and self-motivated person who is triggered by sales, customer relations, and technology. You are practical and achieve your results with a focus on service and quality while helping your customers. You also have energy, self-drive, and a technical knowledge and interest.

You will manage the entire washing facility at the station and take care of the customers:

• You assist customers in understanding how to use the wash line.
• You help customers with our new digital solution.
• You maintain and service the wash line.
• You will understand how the wash line works and how to fix minor technical issues.
• You keep the area clean and tidy inside and outside the wash.
• You provide support with other station-related tasks.

Experience:

A valid B driving license is required. It is an advantage to have at least 2 years of experience in sales, technical maintenance work, and/or customer service.

As a Car Wash Technician, you will work shifts. This position is a temporary contract until 11-12-2026 for 38.5 hours per week. The station is open weekdays from 05:00 - 22:00 and weekends from 08:00 - 22:00.

Additional Information

For this position, you need to be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EES country, have permanent residency in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with the right to work. You must be able to prove your citizenship or your right to work in Sweden during the recruitment process.
