The Assignment

As a process operator, you play a key role in production. You monitor and control various parts of the manufacturing process using digital systems, manage material flows, and ensure that production adheres to plans and quality requirements. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a technical environment with a fast pace and great responsibility. The role includes, among other things:

• Process monitoring in the automated logistics flow

• Perform manual handling of production, sampling, and operator maintenance

• Monitor production equipment to detect and manage deviations early

• Report deviations according to established procedures

• Operate a forklift

The working hours are scheduled for a 5-shift rotation. Who you are

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and machinery. You are a positive and cooperative person with strong drive and a quality-conscious work approach. You are meticulous, flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a production environment where the pace can be high at times. You also have a desire to develop and contribute to continuous improvements. You have good physical fitness and enjoy practical work.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A completed high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus

• Good knowledge of digital tools and systems

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience in forklift operation

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in industrial or production work

• Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or other improvement methods

This position is part of Libera's rental operations towards customers with the possibility of takeover by the customer. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
