Hello! - From your future consulting manager!

I am currently looking for assemblers for a project with our client ScandiNova in Uppsala. This is a consulting assignment that starts for six months, with very good opportunities for employment at ScandiNova. This is not a task for just anyone, but for you who like to take responsibility, work in a structured way, and feel pride in what you deliver.

During the assignment, I will be your consulting manager, and before I tell you who I hope you are, I can explain how our collaboration will look, who ScandiNova is, and how the role is designed:

Our collaboration During the assignment, you and I will have regular check-ins to assess how the work is going and capture what is important to you. Otherwise, you will work independently on-site with the client, but with me as a sounding board when needed. I am available both by phone and email when you have questions. Sometimes we also have lunch together to discuss how things are going, and we get the chance to get to know each other better.

The company ScandiNova is a technology company that develops and manufactures advanced high-voltage units (modulators) used in technical applications worldwide. The production maintains a high level, both in terms of technology, quality, and working environment. It is evident that they care, both about their product and how the work is performed.

What you will actually do As an assembler, you will work with manual assembly of components where accuracy and precision are crucial. The work is divided into clear steps, and you will learn step by step. Over time, the goal is for you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire assembly chain.

This is a structured job in an environment with clear instructions, order, and cleanliness, but also a climate where suggestions for improvement and new ideas are appreciated. If you enjoy doing things properly and efficiently, not cutting corners, and prefer to do things right rather than fast, you will fit in well here.

Who I hope to find I am not looking for the person with the longest CV or the most titles. I am looking for you who:

• Have a technical interest and appreciate structure

• Think long-term and want to develop over time

• Thrive in a team but can work independently towards set goals and deadlines

You may have a high school education and have previously worked practically, in production, or in a completely different role. What matters is not exactly what you have done before, but who you are as a person and how you approach your work. If you happen to have a forklift license, experience in soldering, contact pressing, or overhead cranes, that is a plus, but absolutely not a requirement.
