About the position

Do you enjoy working practically and have an eye for quality?

We are looking for production workers for a local and traditional company focused on quality and craftsmanship.

The tasks include processing and handling wood, where you will be responsible for setting up the production of high-quality products based on finished drawings and customer orders. You will handle tools and machines daily in an industrial workplace alongside a close-knit and dedicated team. The work is performed in a clean workshop environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. Overtime may occur. The position is full-time and is suitable for those seeking work in a stable environment at a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Wood processing
• Reading blueprints
• Using machines and safely handling tools and equipment
• Contributing to order and safety in production
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest quality

The work is physical and requires good physical condition.

Your profile

As a person, you enjoy working with colleagues and collaborating towards common goals where you take pride in your work. You are engaged and can easily adapt to new tasks.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Early riser, positive, and engaged
• Responsible, meticulous, and cooperative
• In good physical shape and enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least 18 years old

The experience you bring from the world of sports, along with your personal qualities, is something we highly value.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of reading blueprints and a forklift license is preferred but not required.
• Experience as a carpenter/woodworker or in industrial/production work.

The most important thing is your attitude, willingness to work, and ability to contribute to the team.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
