JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and meticulous.

As staff with us, you provide individual and secure care by working closely with the elderly and their relatives, viewing the elderly from a holistic perspective. You will perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from a nurse. As part of the daily work, you will work in intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving high-quality elderly care. Good interaction is crucial for us at Solhaga.

Teamwork for Quality Care

We work in teams around the residents with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity coordinators to provide health-promoting care and support of very high quality. This also means that you have solid support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles.

The position involves day/evening/weekend work.

Part of the position will include shift work, which means that you may occasionally need to work at another facility within Falkenberg Municipality. Of course, there will be planned shadowing beforehand so that you feel secure.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you have the right to use the title. If you are waiting for your proof, you need to show that you have an approved nursing assistant education and that you have applied for and are waiting for proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

It is important that you have good computer skills and command Swedish well in both spoken and written forms. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
