Repair Technicians Wanted

We are now looking for two Repair Technicians to take care of our properties and customers in the best way possible. As a Repair Technician, you will be part of our repair service team within the Management and work in one of our areas. You will be based at our area office in Storvreten.

Responsibilities

As a Repair Technician, your responsibilities include addressing and documenting incoming faults in our apartments, as well as being responsible for orders and follow-ups of completed work. The position also includes simpler plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and electrical work, which means that the technicians have a lot of contact with both our tenants and subcontractors. The role involves varied and mobile work where technical problem-solving is combined with service and a professional approach.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in the property industry. If you have specialized knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, or appliance service, we consider this an advantage. We value broad practical skills where you are accustomed to troubleshooting, assessing repair needs, and performing repairs sustainably. Relevant training that strengthens your professional competence is a plus. In this role, you will meet contractors, colleagues, and tenants daily, which requires you to be attentive, communicative, and have good collaboration skills. At the same time, you are meticulous, responsible, and self-driven – you plan and execute your work with high quality and take the initiative when needed. We also welcome multilingual candidates. A driver's license is required.
