As an operations technician, you will be a central part of the company's operations team and contribute to ensuring stable and efficient operations. Together with colleagues in technology, electrical, and plumbing, you will work closely with a focus on preventing downtime and driving continuous improvements in the business.

The work is characterized by a clear operational focus where accuracy and efficiency are crucial. Your tasks include service, installation, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance in our modern facility in Dalsjöfors. The role is varied and involves work throughout the facility.

The position is scheduled for 2-shift according to a rolling schedule Monday - Friday with one Saturday every 5th week, and you will be off on the corresponding weekday.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and broad experience in operations and maintenance, preferably from a similar role in the industry. You have a mechanical education or equivalent background, where welding skills are an important and sought-after part of the competence. Experience with gear changes in gearboxes and electric motors is advantageous, as well as knowledge in pneumatics, electrical, and automation. If you have previously worked in the food industry, that is a plus, and if you hold a forklift license, lift training, and certification for hot work, that is further advantageous.

As a person, you are attentive and collaborate well with your colleagues, while also being able to plan and drive your own work independently. You have a solution-oriented attitude, an eye for quality, and are motivated to work towards common goals with the team. Your ability to take initiative and make decisions when needed makes you a valuable part of the business.
