We are seeking a driven and positive person to become part of our fantastic team at Riksbyggen in Falun. As a property caretaker, you will handle daily contact with customers, which means you are our face to the public. You are responsible for quickly and efficiently managing reports of issues and requests, as well as providing feedback to customers after actions are taken.

As a property caretaker with us, you will be responsible for property maintenance for several of Riksbyggen's customers, and you will be part of a team that manages daily operations.

You will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance for our customers. Your tasks will include handling reports of issues, inspections, customer contacts, garden maintenance, property repairs, snow removal, and ice prevention, purchasing materials, and maintaining machines and hand tools. You will work on a mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and alongside your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

You enjoy providing good service in all situations and creating a good living environment. It is important that you like teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also essential that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to organize your work efficiently. You are technically inclined and enjoy solving practical tasks.

We see that you have:

• Relevant education/work experience in property management, maintenance, gardening, electrical, plumbing, or construction
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience with gardening machines and mechanical snow removal is an advantage

Since computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

Snow preparedness is included in the position.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with Falun as the place of work, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
