About the position at Werksta Kiruna – Mixed position 50% sheet metal and 50% administration

• Perform sheet metal repairs and replacements of body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles

• Use the workshop's machines and hand tools for damage repair and alignment

• Collaborate with colleagues in damage assessment and painting for smooth workflows

• Ensure high quality in performed sheet metal work and follow the workshop's routines

• Document completed work in our digital systems

• Manage bookings, customer contact, and planning of work orders

• Register and follow up incoming cases in the workshop system

• Communicate with insurance companies and suppliers as needed

• Establish and archive documentation as well as invoicing materials

• Contribute to the improvement of processes for customer service and workshop administration

• Interest in both practical work in the workshop and administrative tasks

• Experience in sheet metal work, bodywork, or equivalent is an advantage

• Familiarity with administrative work, preferably in digital workshop systems

• Detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded

• Ability to work independently and in a team, as well as prioritize between different tasks

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Driver's license B is a requirement
