We are now looking for you who want to work seasonally in property maintenance during the period from April to September (16/3–30/9) and who want to contribute to ensuring that Kopparstaden's residential areas are perceived as whole, clean, and tidy. 

As a seasonal worker, your tasks will include maintaining outdoor environments such as mowing lawns, weeding flower beds, and trimming bushes, as well as keeping our basements, attics, and laundry rooms clean and tidy. You may also assist our property managers with repairs. You are our face to our tenants and take pride in ensuring that your area is whole, clean, and tidy. How well you succeed in your work affects how our tenants feel about their homes.

The seasonal work period runs from 16/3 to 30/9, and those we hire are expected to be able to work throughout the entire period. If there is any week during the period that you are unable to work, please indicate this in the additional information section of your application.

We are looking for you

As a person, you are proactive, enjoy tackling tasks, and solving them. Since you will be working closely with our property managers and summer workers, it is also important that you enjoy collaborating with others. To perform all tasks, it is also important that you are at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license (B). If you have experience in similar work or have worked with us before, it is an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have experience and interest in working as a leader, as mentoring younger summer workers may occur. Application and contact

Please note that seasonal work means that you need to be able to work full-time (working hours 07:00-16:00) throughout the entire period from April to September.
