Job Responsibilities
As a summer and on-call assistant, you can work in:
- home care
- special housing for the elderly
- care for individuals with disabilities
- social psychiatry
- personal assistance
- service team
The job responsibilities include helping users during meals, personal hygiene, transfers, and accompanying them to various activities. The work also includes documentation and performing tasks based on delegation from a nurse, such as medication administration. Within the service team, we support users in their home environment by facilitating the purchase of groceries through e-commerce and delivering goods.
Your working hours will be scheduled, including days, evenings, both weekdays and weekends. Night shifts and on-call duties may also occur in certain positions. We will be able to offer both monthly employment and hourly employment.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is at least 18 years old
- Has a strong interest in caring for and helping individuals with varying care needs
- Has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Preferred but not required:
- That you have a completed or ongoing education from the Health and Care Program or the Child and Leisure Program
- That you have previous experience in similar tasks
- That you have a B driver's license
We place great value on you being responsible and enjoying providing good service. Our users have varying needs for support and assistance, and it is important that you are humble and attentive to this. You should have a good ability to build relationships as you will have many points of contact with users, relatives, and other representatives.
