In the role of customer receptionist at Euromaster in Varberg, you are the first person customers meet when they arrive at the workshop. It is a central role focused on service, structure, and a professional approach.

Your main tasks include:

• Welcoming customers at the reception and providing a professional greeting

• Answering incoming calls and emails

• Placing orders and conducting sales

• Administrative tasks related to customer visits and workshop work

• Supporting colleagues in the workshop with simpler tasks

In addition, you contribute to a good working environment, spreading energy and joy in the team.

You will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at Euromaster. The assignment starts with mandatory training in weeks 8-9 (starting February 19). You will work weekdays, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

To be the person we are looking for, we believe you are a service-oriented, structured, and positive individual who enjoys meeting other people. You have a helpful attitude, find it easy to collaborate, and thrive in a dynamic environment. At the same time, you have a good ability to organize your work and communicate clearly with those around you.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Can express yourself fluently in spoken and written Swedish, along with having knowledge of English

• Have good computer and system skills

• Possess complete high school grades

It is considered meritorious if you have previous experience in customer service, administration, or customer interaction.
