Just over three years ago, we opened the doors to Clarion Collection Hotel Tapetfabriken at Marcusplatsen in Sickla.

With 236 rooms, 4 conference rooms, and a spacious lobby and restaurant area, we have created a calm oasis and a central meeting place for hotel guests, conference visitors, residents, and workers in the area.

About you and the position:

You who are applying have previous experience working in hotel reception or conference and feel confident working independently. The role involves being responsible for the daily operations in the reception, which means you need to be self-driven and solution-oriented.

• You are independent and flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Love service and work hard to ensure returning and satisfied guests
• Can handle dissatisfied guests and turn challenges into positive experiences
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
• You can make tough decisions in difficult situations
• Must be at least 20 years old due to the reception being responsible for alcohol service on site

As a receptionist, you are our first impression and welcome guests with world-class service. Together with the team, you create a memorable stay!

Working hours vary between day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend.

The position is permanent with a 75% employment rate.

You report to the Front Office Manager.
