• You are an experienced restaurant manager or in another leading position in the industry and have full knowledge of how a dining room operates.
• Experience in leadership and some recruitment.
• You are outgoing and gain energy from working with people.
• You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and skilled at building relationships.
• You are self-driven, structured, and love a fast-paced environment.
• You are motivated to excel in your job and have a strong internal drive.
• You are accustomed to working with computers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH:

• Recruiting new candidates through screening, interviews, validation, and hiring.
• Scheduling and managing our consultants.
• Strengthening and nurturing customer relationships through regular visits and continuous follow-ups via phone and email. Our clients range from well-known smaller restaurants in Malmö to large hotels and conference facilities.
