Job Responsibilities

You will perform medical and rehabilitative interventions on delegation from licensed personnel. The work is governed by the Social Services Act (SOL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), which involves documentation, establishing implementation plans, and deviation reports. We are constantly working to develop home care and use several digital solutions as support.

As a nursing assistant, you contribute to providing care recipients with a safe and meaningful everyday life. You work independently and professionally, plan and organize the work in consultation with the unit manager and colleagues, and contribute to good communication with care recipients, relatives, and other professional groups.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and want to contribute your competence and care to our team. A B driver's license is a requirement, as well as access to a car. As a person, you are flexible, communicative, and self-driven. You have a good approach and a great interest in what is important for the care recipient. Your personal qualities and competencies will be part of the whole in our team, and we place great importance on both in the matching process.

We are looking for a nursing assistant for a permanent position as well as 1-2 substitutes starting as soon as possible and working until September, with the possibility of extension. Selection is ongoing. The last application date is 2026-01-30.
