As a Sales Leader for Fruits & Vegetables, you will have overall responsibility for the department's operations, quality, and profitability. You will lead a team of approximately 10–15 employees and ensure that the department is always well-stocked, inspiring, and seasonally adapted.

The role combines strategic thinking with practical work in the store. You will plan purchases, lead the team in daily operations, and follow up on key performance indicators related to sales, margins, and waste. Together with the Fresh Produce Sales Manager and other sales leaders, you will drive the development of the department and the store's fresh produce business forward.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the operations, planning, and development of the fruits and vegetables department
• Lead, coach, and follow up on a team of approximately 10–15 employees
• Plan purchases and deliveries in AoB with a focus on seasonality, quality, and profitability
• Follow up on key performance indicators: sales, margins, and waste
• Drive improvement work within assortment, display, and efficiency
• Ensure order, structure, and inspiring product presentation
• Introduce new employees and contribute to collaboration and engagement within the team

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably within grocery trade
• Experience in responsibility and leadership

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of ICA's systems (AoB, StoreOffice, Min Butik)
• Completed ICA training such as BLU, FLU, or LU
• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP

Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Varying working hours between 06:00–22:00

• Earliest start at 06:00
• One evening per month (approx. 12:00–21:00)
• Working every fourth weekend, 06:00–15:00 both Saturday and Sunday Employment Type: Probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment Start: As soon as possible or by agreement Salary: By agreement and collective agreement
