Summer Position as Customer Service Officer at Driving Tests

Our task at Driving Tests is to conduct tests within the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and you will rotate within the group throughout the day to perform different duties. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so providing a good reception and clear information are important aspects of your job. At times, the work can be fast-paced, so you need to enjoy that as part of the job, and you will work according to a fixed schedule. You will be working with:

• Reception duties
• Booking theory and driving tests
• Answering customer inquiries
• Administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and renewal of driving licenses
• Performing general office tasks
• Acting as a theory test examiner

Time period for the summer job: 2026-05-04 - 2026-08-28

Each summer job is advertised separately. This means that you need to apply for each summer job you are interested in. If you meet the requirements, you may be considered for several summer jobs and thus contacted by different managers for interviews.

If you meet the requirements in the advertisement and proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to complete web-based selection tests. Invitations to the tests will be sent via email after the application period has ended. Selection for interviews is based on the requirements in the advertisement and the results from the selection tests.

Who are you?

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to engage in various tasks and resolve the situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are committed, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation, where you responsibly take charge of your tasks while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We are looking for someone who:

• is currently enrolled in high school, vocational training, college, or university, or has completed their education in 2024 or later
• has relevant work experience from physical customer interactions, such as reception/customer service/information desk with frequent customer contacts
• is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations
• has a driving license for a manual transmission vehicle
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
