Do you want to be part of a growing family business, where your role is to develop and manage our store in Hofors? Do you have previous sales experience and an interest in technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics? Then you might be the one we are looking for as the store manager for our upcoming store in Hofors!

Responsibilities

Hydroscand is growing and will soon open a new store in Hofors, with a planned opening in the spring of 2026.

Your task is to create conditions for the store to develop in line with our customers' wishes and requirements. You are responsible for restocking the store, keeping it organized, and ensuring that the right products are always on the shelves and in the warehouse. You will also work with personal sales over the counter and handling incoming and outgoing goods. Your job will be to find the best solution for each individual customer in a humble and professional manner. Other daily tasks include incoming inquiries, material procurement, and order management. Additionally, assembly and production work may occur.

Initially, you will be the only employee in the store, but you will receive support from your colleagues from other districts. Training will take place in our stores in Sandviken and Gävle.

Your profile

You should have a strong technical interest as well as previous sales experience. It is important that you have a high level of engagement, are solution-oriented, organized, and have a sense of good service. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with working in Office programs and some business systems. We also prefer that you have experience in mechanical work and have education or work experience in automotive or hydraulic technology.

Industry experience is an advantage.

Additionally, we want you to have good social skills and the ability to create and maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
