Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you can combine operational precision with complex global logistics flows? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Transport and Logistics Planner for one of our partners in Sandviken. In this position, you play a crucial role in ensuring transport solutions and optimizing the supply chain in an international business environment. You will be part of a dedicated team where you take significant responsibility for coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high delivery precision for global customers.

The assignment is planned to start in September and runs for one year. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments for all modes of transport.
  • Operational handling in logistics systems according to established processes, work instructions, and current regulations.
  • Close collaboration with loading personnel and external transporters to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contact with relevant authorities and agencies to check compliance with legal requirements and customs regulations.

Qualifications

  • Relevant university education in logistics, or equivalent experience through professional life.
  • Advantageous with knowledge of international freight processes, customs routines, and logistics systems.
  • Very good ability to express yourself professionally in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work under time pressure.
  • Service-oriented approach and experience in handling complex internal and external contacts.
