Responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you are the face of our clients. Your main tasks include:

• Answering incoming inquiries via phone and digital channels
• Providing first-class service and solving problems smoothly
• Administering cases in various internal systems

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their college education and enjoys social interactions. To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Are communicative and love helping people
• Are driven and enjoy working independently with your own responsibility
• Have good system familiarity and structured administrative skills

Important requirement for the position: To be considered, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50% (in your case, studies). We will ask for proof of enrollment during the process, so please specify clearly in your application what and where you are studying.
