Facility Coordinator
We are now looking for a Facility Coordinator who wants to take a key role in optimizing property operations for our client. The role is developing and varied, where you have the opportunity to work broadly. Welcome with your application!
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Facility Coordinator, you act as a central link with significant responsibility for the facilities' economy and administration. In addition to ensuring daily operations and service, a large part of your work will focus on financial monitoring, budget control, and effective supplier management. You are responsible for ensuring that all property-related expenses align with the budget and that administrative processes are cost-effective. The position is full-time, and you will be part of a team of 14 people. The assignment initially runs for 1 year with good chances for extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Finance & Budget Responsibility: Main responsibility for initiating purchase orders, managing invoicing flows, and carefully monitoring and reporting expenses within the approved budget.
- Supplier & Contract Management: Daily contact with and financial monitoring of suppliers and contractors.
- Primary Contact Person: Act as the main contact for service and maintenance requests.
- Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate, review, and oversee all types of maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
- Project Management: Assist with planning and organizing relocations, including coordinating financial resources and budget frameworks.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
Has a background in finance, administration, or financial management.
- Experience: Relevant professional knowledge or experience from roles with significant financial/administrative responsibility, preferably within property management.
- Knowledge: Very strong understanding of finance and budget management.
- You are analytically strong and feel comfortable working in Office-365 (mainly in Excel/spreadsheets for budgeting and analysis).
- Have a B driver's license and access to your own car
- Have experience working in several different data systems
- Fluent in Swedish and English
It is a merit if you have relevant experience in budget work and invoice management.
