Do you want to work in direct social work by supporting individuals with disabilities in their development? We are now looking for a coach for the daily operations at Malmgatan's Daily Activities.

About the role The work involves supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, and neuropsychiatric disabilities in their development. At Nytida's daily activities, we have a primary focus; the individual.

The fact that the operations are individually designed is paramount. We start from the person's needs, interests, motivation, and above all, resources. Therefore, the operations vary from person to person. A strong desire among most is to connect or reconnect with the labor market. For life to be experienced as meaningful, often something more is needed. This can involve developing through physical activity, education, crafts, or simply meeting others to socialize and talk about everything that is life. Your tasks also include setting goals, planning, and documenting together with the participant.

About Malmgatan's Daily Activities

Currently, we have 9 participants who come during the day from our nearby residences. There are good bus connections nearby, and it is about 10 minutes from the bus station in Skara.

Your experience and knowledge We prefer that you have relevant education in care and support, such as a nursing assistant, support assistant, or support pedagogue (KY/YH). Experience working in LSS operations, especially with individuals diagnosed within the autism spectrum and/or intellectual disabilities, is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, the ability to work in a structured manner, and a professional and respectful approach.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation.

You have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people, are responsible, and have personal maturity. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our employees' best interests in mind in everything you do.

The periods apply from week 26 to week 33, but there is also a need for temporary substitutes before the summer.
