At the clinic, psychologists, nurses, caregivers, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, social workers, doctors, and medical secretaries work together. Together, we are about 40 employees. The clinic is responsible for specialist-level interventions where all psychiatric conditions such as affective disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD are treated. The psychiatric clinic in Sandviken serves three municipalities: Sandviken, Hofors, Ockelbo, and encompasses approximately 55,000 inhabitants.

In our interdisciplinary teams, you as a psychologist contribute your specific expertise to provide good psychiatric care to adult general psychiatric patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a psychologist for the psychiatric clinic in Sandviken, where the psychologist's expertise is an important part of the clinic's work.

As a psychologist with us, you will work with:

• diagnosis and assessment
• treatment and psychotherapy, both individually and in groups
• supervision
• education.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills and integrity. We expect you to be structured and have a holistic view. During recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In the role of psychologist, you should be:

• a licensed psychologist.

For this position, a few years of work experience is advantageous. You may have worked in adult psychiatry before, but the most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in specialist psychiatric patients and want to help develop our operations. Since we have a high demand for neuropsychiatric assessments, knowledge of development-related disabilities is an advantage.
