Group Leader at Avarn Security in Uppsala

We are now looking for a group leader for our operations in Uppsala. As a group leader, you will be responsible for the practical daily operations within the assigned area of responsibility and will also handle certain administrative tasks, actively contributing to a good relationship and contact with customers and staff. High demands are placed on your service sense and demeanor. Knowledge of the object is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by overall responsibility and who wants to take on a leadership role while managing customer relationships in a professional and responsible manner. You will coach the staff and ensure a qualitative delivery of our services. Furthermore, we see it as a prerequisite that you have the ability to structure, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Job responsibilities:

In the role of group leader, you will be responsible for daily operations and report directly to (Supervisor/Operations Manager). Ensure that everyone in the group performs their work correctly, conducts coaching conversations, and engages in dialogue with the group during incidents, etc. You have a responsibility towards our customers to ensure good delivery, have an interest in the entire business, and understand all important parts to maintain high quality. As a group leader, you should be able to analyze different processes and suggest as well as implement improvements.

Qualifications:

You have good leadership qualities, a strong interest in people, and the ability to inspire your employees. In this role, you need to communicate well with employees, management, and customers. It is important to be attentive and have good collaboration skills. You can work independently, take responsibility, and have the ability to make your own decisions.

For the position, it is required that you are a clear leader and have the ability to create a good work environment, where our employees are at the center. Seeing, hearing, and acknowledging employees in everyday life are key words. Your ability to motivate employees and create a successful team is very important to us. We would like you to have a structured working method where you involve employees to create participation. You are not afraid to make decisions and follow up on them.

As a group leader, in addition to the requirement for security guard training, it is advantageous if you have several years of experience in the security industry. You have good knowledge of the Office environment and preferably previous experience with systems such as GuardTools. A B driver's license is required, as well as very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Basic requirements:

• At least 18 years old before starting the assignment
• High school diploma
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
