Coordinator for LLPS Science Hub

The Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), located in Grenoble, France, is Europe's leading research facility for scientific research using neutrons. Every year, we host over 2000 visits by scientists who come to the Institute to carry out world-class research. The ILL Science Strategy outlines the approach to build on the improvements to the instrument suite achieved through the Endurance upgrade program, aiming to enhance our science program to grow the user community and address today's major societal challenges.

As the coordinator of the LLPS Science Hub, you will be expected to propose and manage a 5-year research program in this area that defines how challenging scientific and societal questions could be addressed with neutron experimental capabilities. You must submit a five-page proposal for your suggested research program along with your application for this position. The program should be structured as a project with clear objectives, milestones, a well-defined set of key performance indicators, a timeline, and a coherent resourcing plan.

We offer a stable 5-year fixed-term contract in a multicultural scientific environment. We also provide generous social benefits, moving and relocation assistance, and language courses for you and your partner.
