Sustainability Consultant – Join the Sustainability Agency Team

Do you want to work with some of the most current and strategic issues in sustainability, while being part of a team where knowledge is shared and developed together? The Sustainability Agency is growing, and we are now looking for an experienced subcontractor who wants to join our team.

About the Role

As a consultant with us, you will support companies in their sustainability journey - from strategic choices to concrete climate calculations and reporting. You will be available for assignments through the Sustainability Agency and have the opportunity to focus on the tasks, while we take care of the sales process. At the same time, you will be part of a smaller and genuine consulting team where we support each other, share experiences, and create a sense of belonging.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• CSRD and sustainability reporting
• Climate calculations, scope 1–3, and Science Based Targets
• Connecting sustainability issues to business strategy and value creation
• Strategic sustainability work in practice
• Experience with ISO work (9001, 45001, and 14001) is a plus

We believe you are:

• Independent and used to driving assignments at the client, you have your own company
• Business-minded with the ability to translate sustainability into business benefits
• A team player who appreciates sharing knowledge and bouncing ideas with others
• Confident in representing the Sustainability Agency and our values to clients
