We are looking for an engaged and proactive technical manager who wants to challenge, develop, and manage our bus depots as we move towards an increasingly electrified future. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a technical manager with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our properties operate optimally and sustainably.

This means that in your work you will;

• Work on the development of annual operation and maintenance plans
• Participate in the preparation of investment and operating budgets
• Drive and follow up on construction projects
• Optimize and follow up on fault reports and order services from subcontractors.
• Develop our work with technical documentation
• Be responsible for the operation and development of the properties' technical systems
• Monitor consumption and statistics to optimize our energy consumption.
• Sign new, challenge, and manage lease agreements for depots.
• Participate in the transition to electric vehicles and infrastructure
• Ensure legal compliance for our properties and their equipment such as regulatory requirements, inspections, etc.
• Ensure systematic fire protection work (SBA)

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you have post-secondary education in construction or property management. You should also have at least 3 years of work experience in the areas of technical management, energy, or construction projects.

It is not a requirement, but we would be especially pleased if you have worked with lease agreements and/or transport infrastructure.

As a person, you have a great technical interest, and you have the will and ability to work proactively and systematically. You enjoy working towards long-term goals, where you have the opportunity to take your own initiatives and drive improvements in property management. Your communication skills allow you to clearly and effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals. Additionally, you have analytical skills, which means you can analyze data and technical reports to make well-informed decisions and find effective solutions.
