Your Responsibilities

As an RD Engineer, you will be part of our Automation Group in the development department, where you will play a central role in the development of our manufacturing process and continuous improvements. Your area of responsibility involves streamlining production and finding new solutions through innovative solutions and new technology. Our customers in the automotive industry have high demands for delivery reliability, quality, and performance of our products. A significant part of your role is to analyze, develop, test, validate, and practically implement new technology and create new opportunities. You will work closely with your colleagues in the team and also with production to find, document, and implement new solutions.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 08-16:30 with flexible hours.
Location: Kalmar

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, automation, or equivalent. We see that you have broad technical knowledge, practical experience, and preferably have worked for a few years in the manufacturing industry. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English. Experience with Solid Works is considered an advantage.

You have a passionate interest in developing technical solutions and the ability to see the big picture. Working in a team and driving your own work comes naturally to you.
