As a Cleaning Staff member with operational responsibility, you are an important part of both the daily work and the company's development. You are responsible for ensuring that work flows smoothly, that quality is maintained at the highest level – and that both customers and colleagues feel secure.

In your role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for operational optimization and coordinate the work

• Be out in production and work alongside the team

• Provide support during operations, training of new staff, and troubleshooting

• Maintain contact with customers and ensure their satisfaction

• Identify opportunities for upselling to existing customers

• Be a values ambassador contributing to a positive work culture

• Report to the operations manager (OM) and contribute to daily planning

• Work flexibly and, if necessary, be responsible for multiple departments

• Has positive energy, is meticulous, and enjoys taking responsibility

• Has good organizational skills and enjoys planning and coordinating work

• Is independent but also a team player and enjoys seeing others develop

• Has a B driver's license (requirement) and speaks Swedish

• Has experience in cleaning or service – preferably in a role with responsibility or leadership

• Full-time employment with a secure salary: 27,968 SEK/month plus operational responsibility allowance
