The National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS youth home Bergsmansgården receives non-school-attending girls. We operate in Fjugesta, thirty kilometers west of Örebro, and have a satellite unit in Granhult, thirty kilometers north of Lindesberg. The girls come to us because they have psychosocial issues as well as problems with crime or substance abuse.

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time cleaner for our operations outside Fjugesta.

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous employee to join our team, starting as agreed.

As a cleaner with us, you will be responsible for the overall experience in our facilities by cleaning the institution's various areas. You will perform cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas in the department, classrooms, and group rooms. You will work independently and be an important part of our operations, where your contribution helps create a pleasant environment for all.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of the organization's premises
• Watering plants
• Emptying trash and carrying away smaller packaging
• Deep cleaning and floor care
• Handling cleaning materials
• Reporting any faults and damages to premises and equipment.

You have your own responsibility for planning and executing your work, which gives you great freedom in how you organize your tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning. You enjoy taking initiative, see what needs to be done, and take action. You have an eye for detail, plan your work in a structured way, and enjoy working independently. You have a strong work ethic, are responsible, and take pride in the work you do. For us, it is important that you have a desire to learn and develop, and that you are flexible and positive towards new challenges, even when tasks vary depending on needs.

You should also:

• Master the Swedish language
• Have a B driver's license.

Employment:

The position is a part-time employment of 60% and begins with a six-month probationary period.
