At Happy Boss AB, you will play a key role in our continued growth journey. As a meeting booker, you are often the first contact our future customers have with us, making you an important ambassador for our brand. You create business opportunities through professional dialogue, build trust with decision-makers, and directly contribute to both customer value and business results. Your responsibilities will include

• Contacting potential corporate clients via phone

• Booking relevant and qualified meetings with decision-makers

• Qualifying leads and ensuring meetings are relevant and valuable for the customer

• Administering and structuring your own work

• Working towards set individual goals and budget

• Collaborating closely with the sales team

You have

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• At least 1 year of experience in meeting booking and B2B sales

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Experience in service or solution sales

• Comfortable with phone contact and enjoy creating dialogue

• Good computer skills and quick to learn new systems

• Take responsibility and work independently

• Positive, professional, and trustworthy
