About the job

Position: Summer temporary position with varying hours during the summer of 2026. We would like you to be available for introduction and extra work during the spring.

Start date: 2026-02-02 or by agreement

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

When you work at Willys Hemma, you get a fast-paced everyday life. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, assisting our customers, to keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer worker at Willys Hemma, you quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day. In return, we promise that you will gain experiences – for example in sales and service – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do in the future. Maybe you will stay with us even after the summer?

  • You want to learn new things and develop.

  • You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
  • It’s an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
  • You take responsibility for your job, are punctual and reliable.
  • You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
  • You have the qualities and personal characteristics that make you suitable for working with us. If you apply for the job, you will take a test that shows this.
