Antura is looking for an IT Technician in Gothenburg with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and networking. You will be a key person for stable operations, security, and smarter working methods – close to both the support team and the rest of the organization.

As an IT Technician at Antura, you will have a clear focus on internal IT operations, but with the opportunity to contribute in our SaaS environment as well. The role is broad and varied, suitable for someone who enjoys responsibility, technology, and improving work methods.

• Operation, maintenance, and further development of Antura's internal IT environment • Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune • Management of networks and networking equipment (Unifi) • Client management, printers, and conference equipment • Management and monitoring of integrations and automated flows (Logic Apps/Power Automate) • Documentation of IT environment, routines, and solutions • Monitoring trends in Microsoft 365, networking, and IT security • Backup to Support Engineers during upgrades and maintenance as needed

• Experience working as an IT Technician or similar role within internal IT

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and client management (Intune)

• Good networking knowledge and enjoys troubleshooting

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks

• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience or strong interest in integrations

(but not required):

• Experience with Unifi

• Interest in IT security and improvement work

• Practical experience with Power Automate/Logic Apps
