Our employees take pride in their work and feel that it contributes to a better society. At Coor, you have a unique opportunity to help create the workplace you dream of working at!

About the Role

As an operations manager, you will lead the business together with your fellow operations managers and support our employees at the customer site while also being actively involved in the delivery, focusing on the team for the entire delivery. The delivery currently consists of several customers in both office and industrial environments where we provide cleaning services. The position comprises 50% operations manager and 50% cleaning.

Your main tasks beyond cleaning are:

  • Coordinate daily staffing
  • Collect and manage feedback and ideas regarding the delivery
  • Conduct quality controls at customer sites
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and employees
  • Create upselling opportunities by being responsive to customer needs
  • Develop, drive, and implement improvement proposals
  • Welcome and train new employees and substitutes

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. You will be based in Sundsvall and report to the operations manager.

Our Candidate

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience as cleaning staff. If you have previous experience in leading cleaning teams, this is highly meritorious. Experience in specialized cleaning (floor care, window cleaning) is also strongly meritorious. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of how different activities and decisions affect the business's results. To effectively move between different locations, it is important that you have a B driver's license and that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additionally, you are accustomed to using a computer as a work tool and feel comfortable working with commonly used programs.

Your Personality

As a person, we see that you have a genuine interest in meeting customers and leading other people. You are skilled at planning and organizing your own and others' work, where one of your strengths is your ability to understand and work with workflows such as resource planning. You are cheerful and positive with a good work ethic and a service-oriented approach, both towards your colleagues and our customers. As we continuously face various changes, we see that you are structured, have good adaptability, and that you are used to and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you must quickly switch between different tasks and independently prioritize and solve problems that arise.

We Offer

We offer a safe, secure, and pleasant workplace characterized by an open, welcoming, and unpretentious culture. As an operations manager, you will have an important and varied role with significant responsibility, and we naturally offer a fixed salary according to collective agreements, pension, insurance, and other benefits such as training and wellness contributions. Coor actively works with competence and career development to give you the opportunity to develop and thus utilize your full potential.
