Are you interested in working with pest control and creating safe environments for both people and animals? We are now looking for pest control technicians for our client Anticimex. At the client, you will have a varied job that includes both fieldwork and customer contact, in a role that is important for safety and comfort in homes, businesses, and public environments.
About the positionAs a pest control technician at Anticimex, you will work with preventive measures, investigation, and control of pests such as rodents, birds, insects, and other unwanted animals. The job includes field operations at private homes, businesses, and municipal operations, sampling and documentation, as well as advising customers on measures and preventive methods.
Your tasks include, among others:
Inspections and investigations to identify pests and their causes
Planning and implementation of control measures according to applicable legislation and guidelines
Installation and maintenance of traps and technical protective measures
Customer contact, documentation, and reporting of completed actions
Collaboration with colleagues and external parties to find long-term solutions
We are looking for three people for this assignment. Two people will primarily work with preventive measures against birds and need to be able to start on March 23 and work until August 31. The third person will work more with other types of pests and is expected to be able to work from June 8 to August 31. Please indicate in your application which position you are most interested in.
About youWe are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and has a good sense of problem-solving. You enjoy varied workdays and working both independently and in a team. The role requires attention to detail in documentation and a professional approach in customer meetings. You should feel comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, in attics, and in building foundations.
Formal qualificationsValid driver's license B and access to a car
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Experience or education in pest control, environmental or nature conservation, or equivalent work experience
Experience in handling pesticides and working methods according to applicable regulations
Height training
