We are now looking for a group of positive and flexible individuals who want to help shovel snow around Umeå this winter. 

About the position:

The tasks include manual snow shoveling, ice control, roof shoveling, and removal of icicles. It is important that you feel comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. If you have a “Shovel Safely” certificate or fall protection training, it is a plus, but not a requirement – we will ensure you receive the right information and training on site.

If you have previous experience in snow shoveling, that’s a plus, but the most important thing is that you understand what the job entails. You need to enjoy physical work in all weather conditions.

We are looking for someone who is quality-conscious, meticulous, and wants to deliver a well-done job. You have a strong safety mindset and use equipment and tools correctly to avoid injuries and accidents.

Meritorious:

Driving license B and a car are preferred but not required. The important thing is that you can reach different workplaces easily.

Shovel Safely certificate or fall protection training

Working hours:

Daytime Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 with some flexibility.
