About the position:

As a property technician at Gekås Ullared, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of our properties and technical systems. You will work with troubleshooting, repairs, service of ventilation, heating systems, electricity, and other technical installations. The job also involves ensuring that all safety regulations and laws are followed.

Your tasks:

• Perform daily inspections of technical systems and identify potential areas for improvement
• Monitor and maintain ventilation and heating systems
• Carry out repairs within electrical and plumbing systems
• Document completed work and plan future maintenance
• Collaborate with external suppliers and contractors on larger repair projects

Qualifications and experience:

We are looking for someone with a technical education or equivalent practical experience in property management. You should have good technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• At least 2 years of experience as a property technician or similar role
• Education and knowledge in electrical and/or plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience working in commercial properties or similar is a plus, as is experience in large kitchens. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are positive, unpretentious, and have good collaborative skills. You are used to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously and have a strong drive to see results from your work.

Scope: Full-time, varying working hours including weekends
