Would you like to work on developing the work around electricity and electrical safety at our new battery recycling facility? Do you have electrical certification and experience in industrial maintenance – then this could be the job for you!

Job Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician, you will work with preventive and corrective maintenance measures as well as the ongoing development of our battery facility with a focus on electricity and electrical safety. You will do this by identifying bottlenecks and critical moments and implementing decided improvements/changes. You will be responsible for electrical safety work at the facility, which means that you will participate in and verify decisions in risk analyses and work routines from an electrical safety perspective, contribute your expertise regarding training for other staff, and assist in the selection of equipment. You will also be involved in other tasks at the facility.

Examples of job responsibilities:

Share knowledge about electricity with other employees at the facility
Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical and automation equipment as well as other equipment
Perform simple reprogramming of equipment and minor changes to electrical and automation equipment
Identify opportunities to streamline the facility from an electrical safety perspective
Communicate with subcontractors regarding electrical safety

About 30 employees with different skills and knowledge work at the facility. You will belong to the maintenance team, work closely with our process engineers, and report to the Technical Manager.

Who are you?

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working practically in maintenance. You find it easy to collaborate, are communicative, and have a good ability to convey information in a simple way so that everyone understands. Of course, you have a strong interest in technology and mechanics, enjoy working with development, and are unpretentious in everything you undertake.

Qualifications:

Work experience in electricity and industry
Education in electricity, at least at the high school level
Electrical certification
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of maintenance systems, preferably Maintmaster (meritorious)
