We are looking for someone who wants to help develop home care services and provide the best care for our clients.

We work from a rehabilitative approach with the individual at the center, with good treatment and respect for people's self-determination.

The job responsibilities include IT-based documentation and administration. The current position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare so that we can meet the needs of the service for a permanent care contact. You are expected to work both independently and collaboratively with others. Since communication and documentation are important tools in the work, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We document in Lifecare and use phones as a work tool, so it is important that you are comfortable with computers/smartphones.

We are looking for 5 nursing assistants who want to contribute to a good and safe work environment, focusing on the mission to provide good and safe care and support based on the individual's needs and wishes.

It is important that you are understanding, attentive, and have a professional demeanor. You are good at making contact, building relationships, and encouraging as well as supporting the individual. It is a varied job where you need to be flexible based on the client's need for support with service, personal care, and health care interventions.

To be considered for a position within the care and support administration in Ronneby municipality, a criminal record extract must be presented. The form to be used is called "Extract for work at HVB homes". The normal processing time is up to two weeks. Please remember to order the extract in good time.
