About the role

As a 1st line support technician, you are the first point of contact for the organization's users. You handle simpler IT issues, guide users, and ensure they receive a professional response. The role suits you if you enjoy helping others and thrive in a social environment. We provide you with the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Receive cases via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and assist users with everyday IT problems
• Register and follow up on cases in the case management system
• Provide clear, quick, and service-oriented support

We are looking for someone who

• Has the right attitude: positive, service-focused, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys communicating and creating security in contact with users
• Is structured and can work efficiently even when the pace increases
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Meritorious but not a requirement

• Experience in customer service, support, or similar roles
• Interest in IT and technology

Location

The positions are located in Borås and the work is on-site. Remote work is not possible.
