Maintenance Technician for Expanding Food Producer

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Maintenance Technician, you will contribute to a high-functioning and modern machinery park with a focus on hygiene and quality. You will work with urgent, ongoing, and preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting and repairs. You will also support machine operators in their daily work, both independently and in teams.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a project consultant with us at Academic Work, with a fixed-term employment of 6 months. The ambition is then to transition to a permanent position with the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

The role involves ensuring a high-functioning and efficient machinery park through urgent, ongoing, and preventive maintenance, as well as actively supporting production staff.

• Perform urgent machine maintenance
• Conduct ongoing and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults
• Carry out repairs on production equipment
• Support machine operators with maintenance issues

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed high school education in industry, technology, or maintenance
• Has experience in service, maintenance, and repairs in a production environment from a similar previous position
• Has a B driver's license
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing as required for the job
• Has good computer skills for basic administration

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience from the food industry
• A strong interest in technology
