About the Client

At the client’s facility, you will work in a large department with about 30 materials and chemical engineers, who operate in their own laboratory building. You will closely collaborate with a senior and a junior chemical engineer, where teamwork and support are an integral part of everyday life. The group is characterized by a positive atmosphere and a dynamic and inclusive culture.

About the Role

As a junior chemical engineer, you will play an important role in our work with analyses, reporting, and development projects. Your main responsibilities include:

• Lubricant Analyses: Administer, evaluate, report, and track trends for lubricant analyses from gas and steam turbines. The analyses are performed by an external lab, and the results are reported back to the client or project.
• Development Projects: Participate in projects with an environmental focus, such as fill-for-life concepts for lubricants.
• Water Analyses: Be responsible for the administration, evaluation, reporting, and archiving of water analyses in collaboration with an external laboratory.
• Contact Person for External Labs: Together with two colleagues, be responsible for communication with our external chemical lab, both through scheduled follow-up meetings and close contact regarding specific assignments.
• General Chemical Engineering Questions: Handle inquiries about chemical management, lubricants, cleaning methods, analysis of coating samples, preparation of acid solutions, and more.
• Internal Training: Conduct training sessions for colleagues using existing course material.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in chemical engineering, for example, as a chemical engineer at the bachelor's or master's level.
• Is analytical and structured with a strong interest in chemistry and technology.
